If you've never had five guys.......... u needa go. It's messy and expensive, but it's really good. Definitely better than normal burger places or fast food. I'm a really picky eater so it's saying a lot. And you get unlimited toppings for free, so it's easy to make it just like you like. All I'm sayin. Bang bang.

I used to LOVE Five Guys...always full when I left without spending a fortune. The last few times I've gone, I've left disappointed. Last time I noticed the prices had gone up, and my burger bun felt and tasted rather stale. Also, we were told they had no hotdog buns for my mother's hotdog. Seriously? You are in the same shopping center as a Big Y Supermarket! Walk the 60 yards and buy some rolls to appease your customers!
This week when I brought my niece and nephew there, I was appalled at the price of lunch! My niece had a plain burger with no bun and NOTHING on it, and I was charged 8.19! Are you people for real? Such a shame because I used to love going to Five Guys. The food always tasted good, service was fast, and I felt like the price was right. Those days are sadly over.

This place made me rethink my fast food burger needs. No longer can I run to McD"s or Burger King for my quick burger fix. Although I do still miss the White Castle on East Tremont Ave. in the Bronx, I can only eat the obviously higher quality product you get at this chain. I've eaten at this location many times and the food always tastes fresher and more flavorful than the other fast food choices on the shoreline. The free peanuts make the wait for your food easily tolerable. Also, try the shakes. They are much better than average.

Great spot to grab a burger, hot dog, grilled cheese, and more. Tons of toppings to choose from and it's 5 stars for fast food. Easily better quality toppings and meat then McDonalds, Burger King, Jake's Wayback, etc. Shakes are also very good and have a ton of different toppings to choose from.

$5.99 for a hotdog? I don't mind paying for good food, but I've had better hotdogs for half the price.
If the price gouging isn't enough, we had one employee yelling at everybody. As soon as the food was ready he would yell their number followed immediately by "come on, check your tickets people" with every single order. Everyone in the place was disgusted by this employees behavior. Give people a chance to respond, what's the rush.
